Archaeology without a Grant

The Council for Independent Archaeology sets out to promote amateur archaeology, and the subject of the 2012 conference will be ‘Archaeology without a Grant’.

The conference will be held on Saturday, 15 September 2012 at Hackleton Village Hall, Northampton.

10:30 Tom Welsh Techniques to locate possible archaeological features

11:00 Bob Randall Resistivity surveys without a grant.

11:30 Break Coffee / Tea with biscuits

11:50 Albert Daniels East Farleigh -Maidstone Area Archaeological Group

12:20 Will Higgs Marchers -a new group based in the Tyne Gap area.

Visit to museum followed by Visit to Piddington Archaeological Dig

or
