PC Software

PC software for Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME is provided for downloading, displaying and editing of data. The software allows multiple grids to be merged and displayed with the images being stored as a standard windows bitmap file (*.bmp).

PC Software features

· Data download from TR/CIA resistance meter.

· Shade plots (grey scale).

· Data merging.

· Data editing.

· High Pass filter (convolution filtering 1 to 10 point radius). Used to remove large-scale background effects caused by geology or topography.

· Edge matching. Used to correct discontinuities due to grid balancing errors (remote probe spacing incorrect).

· Statistics. Minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation, for selected blocks of data.

· Printing

· Save graphics as bitmap for export to other programs such as Adobe Elements (not supplied).

· Export data. ASCII text formats - for importing into other applications and spreadsheets.
